1. Legal Agreement

The service "MAXED" is operated by Julien NOEL (MAXED), located at 8 rue du relais, 54840 Bois-de-Haye, France. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

MAXED provides AI-powered photo optimization and generation services designed to enhance social media and dating profiles. We use advanced machine learning models (via Fal.ai) to transform user-uploaded images into optimized profile pictures.

3. Age Requirements

While MAXED is a photo generation tool, it is primarily designed for use in connection with adult dating platforms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. MAXED declines all responsibility for use by minors or use on platforms where the user does not meet the legal age requirements.

4. Prices, Payments, Refunds and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

The prices of the packs (Oneshot Pack, Elite Pack) are those indicated on the presentation, paywall, or checkout pages of the Site at the time of purchase. Prices are indicated including all taxes (TTC) and in the currency selected during the transaction.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, refunds are only possible under the following condition: No photos must have been generated using your purchased credits. Once the AI generation process has started, the service is considered consumed and no longer eligible for a refund.

EU Consumers Right of Withdrawal Waiver: In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and European consumer protection directives, you expressly request the immediate execution of the digital content service upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the AI generation process has started.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original photos. You are granted a license to use the AI-generated images for personal use on social and dating platforms. You may not use the generated images for illegal purposes or to impersonate others.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAXED is a tool for image enhancement. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of matches or dates) on third-party platforms. We are not liable for any account suspensions or actions taken by third-party platforms (Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, etc.) regarding the use of AI-generated content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
