At Julien NOEL (MAXED), we collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

• Email Address: Used for account creation, delivery of generated photos, support, and marketing communication.
• Uploaded Photos: Used to train the AI model for your specific generation and stored to enable service features.
• Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

2. Data Usage and AI Processing

Your photos are uploaded and processed using secure APIs (Fal.ai). These images are used solely to generate your new profile pictures. We do not use your personal photos to train general AI models or for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific request.

3. Data Retention

We store your uploaded source photos and generated images securely. This data is retained indefinitely in order to allow you to access and download your optimized photos from your dashboard at any time, or to reuse your trained AI model parameters for future generations. All of your uploaded photos, trained models, and generated images are permanently deleted upon deletion of your account or upon direct request to our privacy officer.

4. Third-Party Services (Data Processors)

We use industry-standard partners to host our services and ensure your data is safe. All processors are strictly evaluated for GDPR compliance:

• Authentication: Clerk.
• Payments: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Database Hosting: Supabase.
• File & Image Hosting: UploadThing.
• Web Hosting: Vercel.
• Email Delivery & Automation: Resend and Loops.so (for onboarding sequences and automated dating analysis).
• Product Analytics: PostHog (to analyze funnel metrics and user interactions).

5. International Data Transfers

To provide our services, your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily the United States. We ensure that these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to guarantee an equivalent level of protection for your personal data.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other international privacy regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict, or delete your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our privacy officer.
